After summer comes to a close and winter is upon us, our routines seem to be picking back up into the swing of things. The contributing authors hope you'll gain some new information on Information Design as well as the Management tips in this issue of The Willamette Galley.

For the next issue, we're back to Tools & Techniques in the work place. Do you have a new tool that helps make your job easier? Did you learn a new technique over the summer that is worthy of sharing with others?

There's always room for your article! Do you have an article that you'd like to publish in the Willamette Galley newsletter? Or would you like to contribute, but aren't sure what to write about? Volunteers are always welcome! Whether you're a student just getting into technical communications, a technical communicator new to the region, or a senior member with lots of experience, there are always volunteer opportunities available.
