New
Class at PCC: Graphic Design Survey for WritersBy Kate Evans Have
you ever wondered which font to choose for online documents? Whether to use
a one, two or three column design for a newsletter? How to use negative space
in composition? How to choose appropriate images for your audience and purpose?
How to guide your readers' eyes through content? These and many other
design issues are discussed and demonstrated in Portland Community College's new
class Graphic Design Survey for Writers. Designer Chris North will be teaching
this class, Graphic Design Survey for Writers, GD 110, on Tuesday evening
at PCC Rock Creek, starting in January. This class replaces GD 120 in PCC's
Technical and Professional Writing Certificate Program. If you have any
questions about this class, the Professional Editing class being offered Wednesday
evening at Rock Creek, also starting in January, or PCC's Program, contact Kate
Evans at 503-614-7340 or ktevans@teleport.com. |
