Data Analysis Presented to Different Parties

It has been determined that different levels of management like to receive data and interview feedback through different media:

Managers: prefer slides, the less detail the better. One-pagers with a business focus highlighting the goals and outcomes are received well. Videos are another way to ensure brevity.

Engineers: data driven and mainly interested in the user’s experience when relevant to the software or product design. They are interested in feedback from the customer and enjoy user Quotes.

Marketing: prefers qualitative data as well as anecdotal stories.

Support Services: interested in problems that arose, likes to be prepared for the customer support end of it, and wants to develop processes related to user’s issues.
